2107-01-14 Fleming Arboretum at Pu'u Maohoe - nhps
We're not usually at Pu'u Mahoe in winter, so we never noticed before just how many of the invasive plants outside the arboretum are tree daisies (probably Montanoa sp.) The "hedge" at the edge of the drop-off is probably mostly glycine (Neonotonia wightii), another invasive. It's amazing, the extent to which other invasives are being crowded out by glycine in the area around Uluplalakua Ranch.
